Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior STR experience?
No. Every plan is built for owners at all experience levels. Guided and advisory tiers add oversight and strategy.
How does the Black Label guarantee work?
You must make each and every recommendation during setup for the guarantee to be valid. 90-days after launching...if your property does not beat the 75th percentile of the market, we refund your investment + $1,000.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely! Members can move between tiers as needs change and add-ons are available a la carte. Note both plans with airinn require the property meets a certain standard, an interview with an account success manager, and a personality assessment (5 min). Airinn also limits how many properties it will take on in any given market.
Do you work with property managers?
Absolutely! We have several property managers we work with.
Do you offer real estate consulting for anything outside of STR's?
Yes. We offer consulting on a per hour basis to all kinds of investors, home buyers, builders, developers, and REALTORs.
